This Privacy Policy describes how Presoft ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses information in connection with Prestie, our video content management application. This policy applies to Prestie and its integrations with third-party platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Prestie collects only the information necessary to operate the Service, including access tokens for connected social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram). These are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
Information collected by Prestie is used solely to provide the Service — generating video content and publishing to your connected social media platforms (including TikTok) on your behalf.
When you connect your TikTok account to Prestie, we store your TikTok access token to enable automated video posting via the TikTok Content Posting API. We do not collect, store, or share any other TikTok user data. We do not access your TikTok followers, messages, or any data beyond what is needed to post videos.
When you connect a social media account to Prestie, you authorise us to post content on your behalf. We store only the access tokens you provide and do not access any other account data.
Access tokens and credentials are stored securely on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete all stored access tokens and account information associated with your account.
