These Terms of Service govern your use of Prestie ("the App"), a video content management application developed and operated by Presoft ("we", "us", "our"). By using Prestie, you agree to these terms.
Prestie is a video generation and social media publishing application that allows users to create, manage, and publish video content to platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
You may use Prestie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use Prestie in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for all content generated and published through Prestie. Presoft is not liable for any content posted to third-party platforms including TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.
Prestie integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to allow automated video publishing. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorise Prestie to post videos on your behalf in accordance with TikTok's API Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Prestie constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
